Michael Robinson Byrd is the founder of the Bridge Points Project, an organization that is unsticking the most stuck political issues of our time.

His political work is dedicated to affecting government policy through ballot initiatives and engagement in elected leaders’ donor networks. He has also served as President of MRB Associates, a leading political fundraising firm.

Michael brings 20 years of professional experience with multiple campaign successes across the political fundraising arena. During this time he’s raised half a billion dollars in funds and established an expansive and mature network of business leaders, Fortune 500 executives, and recognized philanthropists. Michael attributes his success to connectedness, respect for others, and a healthy sense of humor. He’s recognized for his professionalism and ability to connect donors with causes that inspire their passion.

Michael is also the creator of This American Mosaic, a series that explores our country’s ancestral and cultural voting blocs.

Michael lives in Washington, DC. When he is not building social networks, he can be found learning the folkways of America’s immigrants and wandering the globe.
